New yard facility in Tuas View Extension

We are requested by the Commercial Division of our SINGAPORE Principals JURONG SHIPYARD Pte Lmt of SEMB CORP Marine to announce their plan to construct a New Yard facility in Tuas View Extension which is only a short distance from the present location of JURONG SHIPYARD in Tuas and in this respect we transmit herewith their Press Release of November 4, 2009 ,with
an outline of the new Facilities and the expected duration for Construction of Phase 1 to take approximately 4 years commencing December 2009.

The new Yard Facility is designed to serve all types of vessels including VLCCs, the Mega Containers Ships, LNG Carriers , Bulkers and Passenger Ships. The new Yard will be equipped to meet all requirements for vessels of any Type complying with the new regulatory and environmental Standards. The integrated Facilities of the Yard together with updated Production

Technologies will ensure lower Production Cost improving competitive cost for Ship Repairs of their Clients.

The yard will increase the flexibility and the training of multitasking Workers which will lead to improved Workforce productivity and quality of the works. In due course we shall keep you updated with the development of the New Yard which will be constructed in 3 Phases over a period of 12 years.
